Ian Burroughs begins the process to become a certified Family Enterprise Advisor by taking the only professional development program leading to a designation as a Family Enterprise Advisor to business families. The Family Enterprise Advisor Program and Designation will reinforce Ian’s standing and experience in this growing and critical sector of the business world and assist him in bringing timely and thoughtful solutions to the family table. Ian will be taking the first program module in January 2017 which focuses on Business Family Dynamics and the concepts that are fundamental to understanding the Family Enterprise and its unique challenges especially during a leadership transition. Ian will obtain a greater understanding of Family Enterprises as an interactive system between the family, business, and ownership systems.
